Meet the Executive Team

Co-President

Giulia is a U3 Political Science and Economics student concerned with the impact of state and economic development, as well as institutional decision making. She's found the philosophy of effective altruism immensely useful for navigating morality and giving back.

Co-President

Laurier is a U3 bioengineering and computer science student interested in biosecurity, pandemic preparedness, as well as many ethical dilemmas in the field of biotechnology. He is passionate about EA for its potential to instill drive and purpose into one’s life, just as it did for him.

Henri is a U3 Statistics and Computer Science student interested in optimization processes, rationality, anthropics and forecasting. He hopes to use his degree to help contribute to the technical field of AI safety.

Evelyn is a U3 Computer Science student interested in existential risk (especially from AI), global poverty, economics, and rationality. She's unsure about her future career path but is exploring ways to have a positive impact, whether through direct work or donations to EA charities.

Thomas is a U3 Honours Mathematics and Computer Science student at McGill.
